Based in Brighton & Hove I am experienced in supporting people from various backgrounds through a wide range of difficulties and I offer open-ended and time-limited therapy, face to face, online, and outdoor walk and talk.

EXPERIENCE & SPECIALTIES
I have years of experience working with people with acute and chronic illnesses, genetic conditions, complex needs, learning difficulties, and disabilities. My practice encompasses support for adults, as well as couples seeking to strengthen their relationships.
I specialise in addressing various challenges, including working with addiction, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, stress, gambling, trauma, abuse, and bereavement, providing support in English and Slovak.

THE FIRST SESSION
During the first introductory session, we will discuss the reason(s) why you are seeking therapy, what you hope to achieve through therapy and anything you would like to tell me about yourself that you feel I need to know. It is a good opportunity to ask any questions. We can discuss your preferred frequency and time/ day of the sessions. Most importantly, you can then decide if I am the right match for you.
After this session, if I am the right match for you, you can then contact me to arrange the next session.
FREQUENCY & LENGTH OF THERAPY
I offer both time- limited and open-ended therapy. Sessions are usually weekly, however, if you need more time for reflection depending on your circumstances, we can adjust to meet your needs.
HOW I WORK
I believe in a person-centred approach; there is no single answer that can help everyone. The aim is to help each individual become more aware of their emotions, understand their subconscious and examine and challenge limiting thought patterns and behaviours.
You will be guiding the course of therapy. Together, we will work towards finding answers, the best way to improve your everyday life and achieve personal growth.

FEES
For individuals, I charge £70.00 for 50 minute sessions.
I do offer a reduced rate of £35.00 for an introductory 50 minute session, to see if we are the right fit for each other.
The fee for couples is £90.00 for 50 minutes.
The reduced rate for an introductory 50 minute session is £45.00.
I offer a free 15 minute phone call to discuss your needs.
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or cash.
If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer I will require payment at least 24 hours prior to the session.
Payment in cash can be made at the time of the session.
